"DIMEL" ÅÎÎD is a dynamically developing company whose basic subject of activity is building, reconstruction and reparation of residential, administrative, industrial and public buildings same as their adherent communications, as well as setting up of sites for public and communal services. It has been specialized in the complex realization of all kinds of building and assembly activities and management of the building process covering the complete cycle of building: excavation works, rough construction and completion works.

We are equipped with the necessary construction equipment, needed to perform diversified building activities; we also possess modern office bases and optimal number of specialists in the management, in the accounting and for the building processes. The building is being implemented by selected as per their qualification and vocational skills workers.

In the sites, that are being built, we implement up-to-date high quality construction materials and technologies, which are a prerequisite for the shortening of the terms for building. Further on, the company possesses rich warehouse availability of shuttering systems.

“DIMEL” ÅÎÎD is a member of the Bulgarian Building Chamber since 2003-10-16.

The company is in a process of certification as per  the international quality management standard 9001:2000.

The company has fulfilled and is implementing a multitude of construction sites, corresponding to the normative requirements of the enacted legislative ordinance in the country.

 In "DIMEL" EOOD’s business policy the increasing requirement for flexibility in the development is a basic aim, and thus follows the diversity of the activities – implementation of building projects through assignment, investment activity, production – vans for equipping the building and cabins for the security guards.

Sites on the territories of Pernik, Sofia and other inhabited places have been implemented, which is evident from the enclosed photos.
